I need a regular sleep pattern.

I stayed up late last night. And woke up at 12 today. I wish I could just set a bedtime for myself and then wake up cheerful happy in the morning. I can't really make it 9:00 because most of the things I do go till 9:30 and so ten isn't that good either. 10:30 is good I guess but I like to stay up later even though it isn't good for. I think I shall try it maybe for the next few days and try to wake up early as well.
